It is the client's responsibility to inform us of any specific requirements, potential hazards, or restricted areas within the garden. Failure to provide accurate information may affect the quality and efficiency of our services.
Payment Terms
Pricing
All service prices are quoted in advance and are subject to change based on the scope and complexity of the project. We ensure transparent pricing with no hidden fees, and any additional work requested will be billed separately unless previously agreed upon.
Payment Methods
We accept various payment methods, including cash, credit/debit cards, and bank transfers. Payments are due upon completion of the service unless otherwise agreed upon. Late payments may incur interest charges as specified in the invoice.
Cancellation Policy
If you need to cancel or reschedule a service, please notify us at least 48 hours in advance. Cancellations made within 48 hours of the scheduled service may incur a cancellation fee equivalent to 50% of the booked service cost. Repeated cancellations without adequate notice may result in termination of our services.
